Chocolate Drizzled Sopapillas

A cinn-fully delicious Cinco de Mayo treat.

Ingredients

Tostitos® Cantina Sopapilla Cinnamon & Sugar Flavored Tortilla Chips
½ cup
bittersweet chocolate chips
⅛ teaspoon
ground red pepper (if desired)
½ cup
white chocolate chips
⅛ teaspoon
ground cinnamon
¼ cup
mini marshmallows

Steps

  1. Arrange chips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave bittersweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring at 30-second intervals, until chocolate is melted and smooth (approximately 2 minutes). Stir in red pepper.
  3. Microwave white chocolate at 50% power in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring at 30-second intervals, until melted and smooth (approximately 2 minutes). Stir in cinnamon.
  4. Spread 1 teaspoon white chocolate in the center of each chip. Using a fork, drizzle bittersweet chocolate in a zigzag pattern over chips. Sprinkle each chip with mini marshmallows. Chill until firm before serving (approximately 15 minutes).
