Ingredients

Avocados From Mexico, mashed

1 teaspoon

lime juice

½ teaspoon

kosher salt

1/4 cup

diced tomatoes

¼ cup

diced red onions

diced jalapeno

chopped cilantro

1 pound

lean ground beef

½ teaspoon

kosher salt

½ teaspoon

black pepper

1 jar

TOSTITOS® Chunky Salsa (Medium)

1 13oz bag

TOSTITOS® Original Restaurant Style

3 cup

shredded Cheddar Cheese

¼ cup

diced tomatoes

¼ cup

diced onions

½ cup

sliced pickled jalapenos

2 tablespoons

chopped cilantro

½ cup

sour cream

How to Make

Preheat oven to 375º F

Seasoned Ground Beef

In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and add the ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper. Drain excess fat. Stir in ½ of TOSTITOS Chunky Medium Salsa and simmer for about 5 minutes. Set ground beef aside.

Guacamole

In a medium sized bowl, combine mashed Avocados From Mexico, lime juice, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, cilantro and salt. Stir. Set guacamole aside.

Nachos

Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick spray, lay an even layer of TOSTITOS® Restaurant Style chips and sprinkle with a layer of half of the cheese and half of the ground beef.

Top with the remaining chips, ground beef and cheese making sure all the chips are nicely covered.

Bake for about 7 minutes or until all cheese is melted.

Mix tomatoes, onions, cilantro in a bowl and sprinkle over nachos.

Sprinkle pickled jalapenos, add dollops of sour cream and top with guacamole. Enjoy!
