CHEESY SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE BREAD?!

1 (15- ounce) jar Tostitos Creamy Spinach Dip
1 (8- ounce) block cream cheese, room temperature
1 (14- ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 (10- ounce) loaves frozen garlic bread
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, stir together the dip, cream cheese, artichoke hearts, and 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese. You can also do this in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.
Once mixed, split the frozen garlic bread into halves, and spread the spinach mixture evenly on top of all 4 halves. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
Bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is lightly toasted.
Turn oven onto the broil setting. Broil the bread for 1-2 minutes until the cheese gets lightly golden.
