Instructions

Tostitos Mexican Street Corn Popper:

  1. Prepare the bacon: Cook the bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate, then crumble into small pieces.
  2. Make the cream cheese spread: In a small bowl, stir the softened cream cheese with the lime juice until smooth and spreadable.
  3. Assemble the poppers: Arrange the Tostitos Mexican Street Corn chips on a serving platter. Add about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture to each chip.
  4. Add the toppings: Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the cream cheese, then top each chip with a slice of jalapeño.
  5. Garnish and serve: Finish with chopped cilantro, if desired, and serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.

Tostitos Nacho Cup:

  1. Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into small crumbles as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.
  2. Season the beef: Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 3–5 minutes, until the liquid has reduced and the beef is evenly coated.
  3. Prepare the chips: Arrange the Tostitos Scoops on a large serving platter or tray.
  4. Build the nacho cups: Spoon a small amount of seasoned beef into each Scoop. Top with a pinch of shredded cheese.
  5. Finish the toppings: Add a small spoonful of diced tomato and a dollop of guacamole to each cup.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Enjoy right away while the beef is warm and the chips are crisp.

Tostitos Watermelon Crunch:

  1. Prepare the watermelon: Dice the watermelon into small cubes and place in a bowl. Toss with the fresh lime juice.
  2. Assemble the bites: Arrange the Tostitos Hint of Lime chips on a serving platter. Top each chip with a cube of watermelon.
  3. Add the toppings: Sprinkle the crumbled cotija cheese evenly over the watermelon-topped chips.
  4. Finish with Tajín: Dust the bites with Tajín seasoning, adjusting the amount based on your preferred level of spice and tang.
  5. Garnish and serve.

Tostitos Hazelnut Churro Bites:

  1. Make the cinnamon sugar: In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon until evenly mixed.
  2. Prepare the chips: Arrange the Tostitos Rounds on a serving platter.
  3. Add the hazelnut spread: Spoon or pipe about 1 teaspoon of hazelnut spread onto each chip.
  4. Finish with cinnamon sugar: Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the hazelnut spread.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
  6. Serve immediately for the perfect combination of sweet, creamy, and crunchy textures.
